Kambrya College student leadership are roles of distinct significance throughout the College. Students elected for these roles are required to showcase the College values and display them to fellow students and the broader community. The leadership team at Kambrya is made up of four main parts, the College captains, sub-school captains and sports captains, the student representative council and home group captains. Additionally, all students at the College are encouraged to show leadership in everyday school activities as well as student focus groups, fundraising events, College sports carnivals and peer support programs. |

One of the highlights for our leaders is the Kambrya Leadership Camp held in term one every year. This is a chance for students to develop an understanding of what leadership is and how they can use it to help make a difference in their school surroundings. They are also given strong teambuilding, self esteem development and challenging activities that will develop them into a more established individual and student. Kambrya College is dedicated to the leadership development of students. Leaders are selected through an application process that provides students with exposure to interview situations, helping to prepare them for the working world, as will the activities they will partake in throughout the year.
