Applicants must satisfy the qualification requirements for
the advertised position or have demonstrated experience in
the subject area specified.
College specific expectations
Staff at Kambrya College will be required to demonstrate
a high level of Professional competence, be willing to
teach across the curriculum through Teams and be familiar
with the Interim teacher Class Standards as published by DET
in the Victorian Govt Schools Teacher Class Handbook.
In addition as a teacher at the College, you will:

1.1. Maintaining high ethical and professional standards
and being able to reflect critically on your own practices.
1.2. Demonstrating flexibility, creativity, and continuing
to develop a personal teaching style.
1.3. Understanding the value of research in informing practice.

strategies, which cater for a broad range of learning intelligences.
